The Pru Center a very nice venue

The Prudential Center is truly a state-of-the art facility. A few things however would have made my visit more enjoyable. The entire facility was very cold. You really needed to keep your coat on the entire time...even when you went into the gift shops...really...they can't afford to put the heat up to a level in which fans can walk around comfortably! Also, the venue prides itslef on having much larger open spaces then Madison Square Garden. Ok, that's fine...it is truly very spacious. Actually too spacious...tons of unused space throughout. I brought my family and it would have been nice if they used some of the wasted space and put some tables in so families don't have to drag food to their seats to eat. The only place with tables that I could find is a small area (I think it's called the Fire Lounge) but it is not convenient to where most of the food vendors are...you have to go up a set of stairs and it is not clearly marked that it is a common area. And the food is not great...even for junk food standards...eat someplace outside the venue if you can.

Awesome!

So enjoyed seeing the players up close! Three on three, action on the small ice area, was awesome. The smaller players had a chance to really shine, i.e. Kelleher, 8 goals! Let's see if he's for real? Some of the bigger players also showed up, I was impressed with Raman Hrabarenka and Ben Thomson. They were both very aggressive. Raman, especially was like a hound dog! Is he the next Dano? For a smaller defenseman, Casey Fitzgerald looked pretty good to me. There might be a future for him...? Blake Coleman and Joe Blandisi looked like they really wanted to make the team! Both looked like they could help the New Jersey Devils! Wish that Reid Boucher had shown me more! Saw him scored but he didn't impressed me like if he was ready for a break out year!. Was counting on a decent year from him this year! I think Boucher has all the tools, but he needs to figure out how to put it all together! If he's got heart and a little bit of brains, he'll be fantastic, We'll see if he can be a star in this league or not. In a few years we'll know! Hoping to see Reid blossoms.... in New Jersey! The only negative was that the players' numbers were on their helmets only, not on their jerseys! That made it hard to know who was who. All in all, that was a great experience, Thank you, Ray Shero! You're doing a great job, keep it up!

great devil game....but

seats were awesome thank you ticketmaster...but overall the devils dropped the bomb the music in the arena was horrible during stoppage of play, there is no more score o or mighty mights during intermission,no devil dancers, there is nothing to do inside the arena anymore to do..set up air hockey games or bubble hockey.do something....the biggest disappointment for me is the goal song, for years it was the rock and roll song by gary glitter but when the new owners came in they stopped it cause the fans were saying hey you suck...the beer and food are at crazy prices and I refuse to spend any money there, thats why we eat before we get there...I probably wont go to another game its a shame cause I'm a diehard...love the game but hated the things the new owners cut out
